Delivery & Shipping

All items are prepared and dispatched in our warehouses and sent to you directly. Depending on stock location we may use Pacel Force 24/48 hours, Citylink, Fedex Express, Fedex International Priority or Royal Mail to ship your order.

All orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day. This is included within your 5-7 working day delivery. You will be informed if this will be longer.

We can only ship your order to the address registered to your payment method at the time you make payment. This is an important security measure to avoid fraud. We reserve the right to refuse shipping to any other address for high value items. Additional Identity checks may also be completed for high value orders. You will be informed of this in good time if needed.
