Year 1
Full Warranty with replace or repair guarantee.
Covering manufacturing defects only.
Year 2 - 3
Extended Warranty covering repair labour only.
Warranties do not cover accidental damage, theft, loss, water damage, wear and tear or abuse. All products are reviewed and accessed by our professional team of technicians. Venture Direct uses approved UK repair centres for all warranty repairs including Nikon & Canon Centres.
All products are BRAND NEW and come with a 3 YEAR EXTENDED UK WARRANTY.
All warranties are provided directly by Venture Direct. You will receive a Warranty Certificate via email after your purchase. Warranty consists of a one year full warranty plus a two year extended warranty.
In the event of any issues within your warranty term you simply need to contact us so we can arrange to collect your item, we will then repair or exchange and return to you. This is a standard service for all customers and our UK Team deals with all warranties and returns.
Our warranties are consistent with Manufacturers warranties and are provided directly by Venture Direct, meaning you only have us to deal with if anything goes wrong.
Our warranty also covers D.O.A (Damage On Arrival) if your product arrives damaged or faulty. In the unlikely event you experience a problem with your purchase when it arrives we will replace it or provide a full refund, no questions asked.
