Venture Direct offers a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee on ALL purchases.
You can return your item within 14 working days of receipt if you are not satisfied with your purchase. You will need to contact us before you return the item to us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. You can contact us by phone, live chat or email. Please note we cannot accept returns without an RMA form.
All enquiries are responded to within 1 working day. All returns are processed within 5 working days. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Unless faulty or damaged all returns must be received in the same condition received, unopened with original packaging.
If you decide to cancel your purchase after the 14 Day Money Back Guarantee then we reserve the right refuse such a request or apply a surcharge of £100.00.
Our policy conforms to the UK’s Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Your statutory rights are not affected.
If you would like to return the item for any other reason, please contact us within 14 working days of receiving your item.
If an item arrives damaged or incomplete in any way, please let us know so that we can arrange an immediate replacement or full refund.
Postage costs for returns that are not damaged or defective are the responsibility of the buyer. We will refund the value of the item once we have received the item back into our warehouse. For damaged or faulty products we will pay postage costs to return the item.
All returns must include an RMA form in order to process your refund. Returns without an RMA form will result in delayed refunds.
