Are your products Brand New and Unused?

  FAQ Where are your products dispatched from?
  Yes, all our products are Brand New and come with a 14-Day Money Back Guarantee. All our products are checked and tested through quality control when dispatched from our warehouses so please note then may not be fully sealed as a result. This is to reduce faulty or DOA (dead on arrivals) units.     We have our own distribution warehouses in the UK, USA & HK. Although we do our best to ensure stock is available in our UK warehouse, occasionally we do dispatch products via International Priority delivery from our other warehouses. This will not increase delivery times and you will not incur any additional costs.
         

My item has arrived faulty or damaged?

  FAQ I've changed my mind, can I return for a refund?
  Although quality control checks every product, we occasionally have products that are damaged in transit or develop initial faults during use. If this has happened, we will provide an replacement or full refund. Can I make a Business purchase?

  All products are dispatched within 2 working day from receiving cleared payment and will be delivered to your door within 5 - 7 working days. Please note we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by postal strikes, public holidays or lost in post items, however we will make contact with you directly if we feel you may or have been affected by any delivery delays.     Unfortunately we cannot currently cater for business customers.   All warranties covers manufacuring defects only, inline with standard industry warranties. This applies from the date of your purchase. Please see our Warranty Tab for more information.     Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer Next Day or 24 Hour delivery. Please allow 5-7 working days.

Will I get a UK charger / plug?   FAQ Will I get a tracking number?
  Yes, all of our products are international and multi-language versions and supplied with suitable UK plugs, chargers and adapters. If a product is a country specific version it will be noted in the product description.     Once your order is ready to leave our warehouses your will receive a automatic dispatch notification and tracking number via email. Tracking numbers may take up to 48 hours to become active.
